This is for an easy, fun no-stress quilt.  It is basically big blocks of two colors plus a black (or deep dark fabric)that sets off the design.  The pattern is in 3 parts and is suitable for beginning quilters.       
 Finished size of quilt will be 64"x 84".    
       The size can be adjusted by making more or less blocks or by simply changing the blocks size.                        
Fabric Requirements: 64" x 84"
    Color A                           2 1/2 yards
                       Color B                           2 yards                         
Black (or deep dark)       2 yards

Christmas Social - Elva Richmond gave the details for this years Christmas Social.  We will not
                                 do white elephant gifts, instead we're doing a service project.  Donating to
                                 Woman's Shelter.  We do have a wish list .. and please be generous.

Queen Bee -   Tafta Watson - Getting to know you - she shared a bit about her travels to South                                   Africa, and brought a beautiful sheer beaded cover  that is used to cover food.  Tafta
                       said if she could have any wish, it would be to quilt beside her mother and                                             grandmother.  She passed the Bee onto Diana Fuller for December.

Library Chair - Cathy Jolly, passed around templates from Missouri Star and available to check out                              in our quilt library.  Cathy passed around Orange Peel and Demo of Apple Core                                    pattern.

Block Of The Month - Bonnie Davis passed out pattern for Christmas Tree Table Runner pattern and
                                       explained how to use temples from Missouri Star (Quilt Guild Library)
                                       Also shared Heirloom Christmas Ornament.
