August Quilt Guild Meeting

For August's Meeting....It will be held on August 14th at 11 am at the Library.  Here is a lineup of what we will be doing:

Block of the Month --  Shooting Star - Susan Paxton---Bring your fabric and we will show you how to put together this fun block.  You need 9 of the 4.5" background squares and 18 of the print 2.5" squares. 

Sewing Machine Maintenance -- Cathy Jolley 

Bring your machine and learn to maintain it - There are lots of things you can do to ensure that your machine stays in working order.

Rotary Cutting tutorial -  Sue Weidauer  -  

Bring your Rotary Cutter, ruler, your Mat, and some fabric to cut and learn the proper procedure for cutting fabrics  with a rotary cutter.

We will have lunch  and will have the sign up sheet for our upcoming meetings.
